By accessing or using Fresh Text, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Fresh Text is an AI-powered tool that rewrites text to sound more natural and human. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Each plan includes a word balance that is allocated at the start of each billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. During the trial, words are distributed gradually across the trial period rather than all at once. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If your payment fails at the end of the trial, access to word usage will be suspended immediately and any unused trial words will be removed. You may end your trial early at any time from your Account page — doing so will charge your card immediately and unlock your full word balance for the billing period. Each account is eligible for one free trial only.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Monthly plans receive their word allocation at the start of each month. Yearly plans receive the full annual word allocation upfront. Word balances do not carry over between billing periods. If your payment fails, your subscription will enter a past-due state and you will not be able to use words until payment is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time from your Account page.

Word usage requires an active, paid subscription. You cannot use words if your subscription is expired, cancelled, or past-due. Free accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of 500 words. Once your word balance reaches zero, humanization will be unavailable until your subscription renews or you upgrade your plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription and word balance remain active until the end of the paid period.

You may not use Fresh Text to generate spam, deceptive content, or material that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that humanized text will bypass any specific AI detection system, as detection technology changes frequently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Text shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
